Great White Egret

How far is local ? 

I decided that, on a sparkling morning, it was still “local” to head for Barton Marina.

Beautifully clear and fresh, not at all crowded, lovely people respecting distance. 

And a great white egret just quietly by the side of one of the pools.

Coots were fighting (or splashing for other reasons), swans were showing off. A great wander.
