Honey Bee
A bit of a lazy morning as I had to be close to the front door so I could hear when the courier arrived.
Our kettle recently failed and so we ordered an identical one; this new one arrived with an intermittent fault. I contacted the supplier and said if they wanted it back they needed to arrange a courier. They did and the kettle was collected this morning. They will send a replacement once this one has been received at their premises. In the meantime, the old Russell Hobbs has been brought back into service.
This afternoon I am, once again, looking for a new water pressure machine and an airfryer; there are so many to choose from that I have not yet made up my mind.
We went into self-isolation before Boris made it compulsory and we have now been in lockdown for 366 days; it was a leap year. We have been out for necessary medical appointments, a total of six times!
Today’s picture is of a Honey Bee in a Crocus flower, which is in one of the front borders.
The temperature at GMT noon was ten degrees Celsius. There was a heavy frost in my garden, we live in a frost hollow, but it soon cleared and we had lovely sunshine for most of the day. More frost is forecast for tonight.
