I saw the Blackthorn was out when we walked along the lane this morning.   We met a neighbour and his Spaniel so Luna had a play time with him (the Spaniel)!!.
We've been out in the garden since lunchtime and finally finished tidying and weeding the big border, just have to transplant a few perennials that are in the wrong place and decide what to put in some gaps.   A glorious sunny day and it's been warm enough to be out without a coat, but we'll probably get another frost tonight.   A hot bath beckons now and then dinner.
