Duvet Day

A quiet day today. Took myself back to bed at 11am, probably just the result of the excitement of yesterday, meeting all those people; and the effects of the jab. I have started reading this novel with its well realised characters, a story of the people who left the West of Ireland for Britain in1950’s, many of whom were Irish speakers from Connaught.
