Fries

it won't seem like anything special to most people, but to me eating these fries was. Due to a problem with my esophagus, there is a lot that I cannot eat. I cannot eat potatoes in any form. so no fries either. the fries in this picture are not made from potatoes, but from celeriac! I really had no idea that this was possible, and certainly not that this would taste so much like fries! a real feast ...
