Sparrow's Eye View

Our internet is terrible again since last night, so I'll be grateful if this uploads, but probably won't be commenting much, too frustrating. Had to give up on a Zoom call for a couple who wanted to chat about moving to Portugal.

Loads of these yellow flowers have grown up around where I put seeds for the birds (mostly sparrows), can't check what they are, very small if they're dandelions. Laid on the damp ground to get this.

Mainly staying out of Mike's way, as he's been patching up the marble sink and making a cutlery drawer. Pruned the pomegranate, never knew how prickly the little branches are, it's drawn blood several times. 

Gratefuls:
- the smell of coffee when Mike was grinding it this morning, it really was wonderful
- a sink with a smooth edge
- not really mattering that we haven't got much internet, though would be good for our support group tomorrow... not managing to get through to our provider, though
