The joys of living next to a professional chef who is doing 4 demo dishes in a day online. Someone has to eat it....

I have bought his book (Back in the Saddle) and the recipe is apparently in it. Maybe a future blip if I manage to recreate it - chicken in Belgian beer sauce.
He raises money for Cure Leukaemia doing major cycling (and publishing his recipe book with great photos). He almost became a professional cyclist. Excels at both!!
