Blizzard

The wind roared all night and the snow started falling in the early morning hours. When I tried to go out for my morning walk the visibility was about twenty feet. I lasted a half hour and called it quits. It did let up enough for us to shovel the driveway in the late morning, and by the afternoon the main streets were clear. 
Grateful for...a cozy house with a warm fire.
