I believe clocktower of St Stephen’s Church shown in this shot taken this morning is 162 feet high and has the longest clock pendulum in Europe. 
The Church was built in 1827-1828, to a design by architect William Henry Playfair. The building (when out off lockdown) is used for cultural activities and has over many years hosted Festival Fringe shows
