The Monster Midge

Set off early today for a break until Monday in Mallaig. Going through Glencoe the hills had mist around them but mostly clear on top.

We turned off along from Corpach and headed for Strontian where we had coffee. We were taking our time looking for birds and taking photos. We went along the coast to. Salen and then to Acharacle and then out to Kentra and Ardtoe where we saw this monster. We also saw 6 Goosanders . Back onto the main road and later headed for Arsaig by the new road and finally to Mallaig.

We will explore the coast road tomorrow. Installed in our B&B and about to head off for something to eat.
