Yellow crocus

I planted a bunch of crocus bulbs in the Autumn and was beginning to think they were coming to nothing. But I've now got several up and in flower. All yellow so far: I think there should be another colour - perhaps white. We'll see (hopefully). Lovely sunny weather yesterday and today has brought the flowers fully into bloom.

This evening we have a full Moon. When I took this 'extra photo' (c. 6.15pm) it was low on the Eastern horizon and had a distinctly orange hue - as you can see!
