Serene swan

I took my mam to Chester le Street Park this afternoon and we sat for a while watching the birds.

Sadly there were a group of women with pushchairs and some of the kids running around on the waters edge. The kids were throwing stones at the swans one tried to kick a young Swan, and the mothers completely ignored them.

One of the kids then dropped an empty plastic bag in the water and I'm afraid I gave them all a piece of my mind. I picked the bag up and put it in the bin and felt really annoyed that some parents allow their kids to run feral
