Indoor rowing and beer cool downs!!
Very into this erging, or indoor rowing - great way to keep fit.
I try and do a good 40 minutes 3 times a week.
There is a great program called RowPro which you log into (laptop connects to a USB port on the rower) and hence allows users all over the world to row together.
About 15 of us (literally from all over the world) started a 10k row which took about 40 minutes. Then we had a 3k warm down which was slow aiming to all finish on 9 minutes exactly.
Canadian mate Larry suggested a handicap - stop every 500 metres and have a swig of beer. This shows I managed it AND got a time of 9:00.0 :-)
Sorry about the sweaty picture - but at least you can't smell the sweat pouring from me after a heavy pre- cool down session
