A weeks worth

I like to meal prep on the weekends. I dont really love cooking but someone has to do it. We eat a low carb diet. I'm out of the house to work 5 days a week and hubby works 6 days, so we are time poor. Being organized for meals is a great stress buster. We are tired when we get in the door and having something to reheat is fab. I eat these frittata with salad
