Day 342 The alternative flower

Yesterday I didn't manage to take a picture of my alternative flower Violet, as she wasn't feeling 100% when she arrived, so here she is today.
The weather was beautiful all day with clear blue skies and even some Spring like warmth.  I didn't manage to get out in it but even seeing the better weather through the windows made me feel better.
In other news: all families with school age children will be entitled to two rapid coronavirus tests per week apparently.  I do hope that 'entitled to' does not become 'mandatory' as I can't imagine that many younger children will manage well with being swabbed twice a week in order to attend school.
