Vegetable crumble with Cheesy Oat Topping

Recipe from new Dale Pinnock book bought by Mrs SwRo this week. OK, but needed a few additions to liven it up a bit: lots of herbs and paprika and sweet chilli sauce.
Another dull day, waiting for the sun, which never arrived. 32k this afternoon, feeling a bit tired now.
