In which: this month I have:

Walked over 228km
Cycled 89km (having not ridden a bike since the 80s)
Did my first two exercise bike workouts
Didn’t drink alcohol (except half a bottle of champagne on Valentine’s)

There is starting to be a perceptible change in my appearance from the weight I put on in lockdown 1.

Still a huge way to go ready for my 50th.
