To the Reid McEwan Centre today - one of my favourite places which is becoming our regular backdrop for our day retreats. The setting is exceptional, the woods, the Victorian piggery, the distant arch of the Erskine Bridge, the Kirkpatrick Hills. We spent a lot of today outside in glorious sunshine, even taking our lunch in the cobbled courtyard of the stables. These days are so refreshing, a treat to lead, especially today, when we had the lovely Janis providing the yoga session.
