Sunshine and Meal Prepping

More sunshine and blue skies and more leaving the coat at home weather. A gentle day in the garden, a gentle walk at the beach and some playing with a new craft (polymer clay). Then an evening of cooking up a storm ready for next week. With 100 miles to cover by Monday 8th there’s no time for cooking!
