Pink rhubarb

Beautiful pink rhubarb that we made into a delicious crumble. Was such a lovely colour. A shorter walk today as we stopped off at the garden centre for some pots and seeds. The beetroot can be planted straight into my raised bed! Such a beautiful weekend and almost looking forward to work tomorrow to catch up with colleagues and see how they’ve been enjoying the weather.
