Well watered

A very early ox eye daisy flower. They don't usually start flowering until May but this one has obviously been well watered so that's probably helped ;-). The area where it is growing is usually fairly dry ground but has turned into a mini lake due to an extremely wet winter. Where all the nearby standing water has now subsided this little lake is determined to stay, and so is the ox eye daisy.
