Up the front

It was a domestic day. Big supermarket shop (trying not to shoot eye daggers at people who shop in groups of four with their teenage children, just why?!) Then cleaning, washing, the usual. Then it was a walk up the steep side of Farleton Knott, one I've not done for quite some time. However I'm on week five of five days a week HIT classes and I'm finding the strength to my legs is returning. The views were just a bonus.
