Sun and moon.

I went running this morning. Oh my word I used to be so fit. I am seriously out of condition. I may not be able to sit down tomorrow.
We played with the den building kit - not so much fun. Then we went out. A bike ride later. A play in the garden. A washed car and a Chinese take away. I sat in the garden talking to R whilst he scrubbed away and I got my Vit D in. It was lovely.
Lovely moon tonight too although a terrible photo.
