Photographic Poeticisms

By TerryRhiannyr

Bride

A posy
Cast carefully to the side
Flowers
For a beautiful bride
Lain
Amongst garments scattered
Nestled
Against shirt, wine splattered
Giggles
From a special bed
Four posters
With garlands above head
The bride
And groom in relaxed laughter
Celebrating
Champagne for the morning after
The wedding
Went as perfect as could be
Dancing
The wine and merriment flowed free
Guests
With presents and best wishes
No accidents
Trips, falls or smashed dishes
Everything
Had gone clockwork wise
Parents
With relief and heavy sighs
Waved
Them off to bridal suite booked
Nothing
Was missing, nothing overlooked
So what
You ask is this all about
What's
The catch, you all might shout
Why nothing
For once all is delightfully sweet
For them
In that sunlit bridal suite
And though
You might think it rather pale
This time
There is no poetic sting in this tail
