So many extraordinary people there, with so much skill and dedication usually with unworthy remuneration. Thank you NHS.

Wellness - Footsteps Festival

Despite being exhausted by lunchtime I was determined to drop in (very briefly) to the weekly coffee and chat session as I'd now promised twice. It's run by this superb pain group which is just starting to build up a global following. Lots of energy and ideas as well as a very warm atmosphere and academics & professionals as well as those living with pain in the broadest sense. 

Completed my benefits system paperwork which has taken a lot out of me, so looking forward to a much needed easy few days.
