A splash of colour

We walked along Louth Canal for our walk today. We looked at the new construction where the old lock had completely collapsed and was undermining the bank.  It is always a thrill to see a Kingfisher and they have been seen daily along the Louth canal over the last few weeks. A beautiful bird.
