The First ..

There are lots of yellow daffodils on Blip today, glittering in the spring sunshine to celebrate St David's Day. 

I offer you a different flower, the first of its kind to appear in our garden this year. While the blooming of the daffs is eagerly awaited,  from the appearance of the first green shafts pushing through the earth, to the opening of the glorious golden trumpets and we greet them with shouts of joy, this humble subject of my Blip is welcomed with cries of dismay - a DANDELION!!! Surely it's too early .........

So I have blipped it, and it lives on in the Cloud .... and in the compost heap.
