Springlike

I woke up with the worst hangover ever, but without having had a drink! Paracetamol and water helped , ( and a couple of lie downs!) but mid afternoon I managed a short walk on the moor. So pleased I dragged myself out of the house as it was lovely up there, but required another lay down when I got back in.

It seems that symptoms only last 24-36 hours so hopefully tomorrow will be a good day!
