Medication

Podologue at 9 am so nails nicely trimmed for going away.
Then Pharmacie to collect medications. I’m always horrified by size of a month’s supply. But after being so ill after hospital last month, I have to acknowledge how important it is to have the right ones in the right amounts.
Horrible afternoon in which I climbed upstairs on my knees in little house to go through more boxes of old stuff. Pascale did all the hard work, but it was incredibly depressing.
Now left with quite bad back pain.
