Ready

With her lunchbox and her blanket (still wearing her slippers) she was off to her first day of school.  It is 5:20 pm and they've gone to get ice cream on the way home.  I can't wait to hear about her day, but I'm afraid she'll be all talked out by the time she gets here and maybe a little tired too.  Hard to believe she is already at this point in her young life.  She marched off ready to face the adventure.
