Canberra Icon

We arrived in Canberra today for a one-week stay. We lived here in the national capital for nearly 40 years, until the end of 2019. It's nice to re-visit.

These cylindrical concrete bus stop shelters have become Canberra icons, according to Wikipedia. They were installed from the mid-1970s, and there are now nearly 500 of them across the city.
