Trapped

There has been problems with the drains in our street for some months now and various companies have been visiting to pump and clean them. Today a new company arrived and we noticed that where we normally leave our bin for emptying was cordened off. So I took a quick snap before Guy moved it to a position clear of the workmen. I think the black gloves must belong to one of them.
