Paradise Lost

This tiny edition of John Milton's epic poem is just 3 inches tall and two inches wide  (7.62cm by 5.08cm just sounds wrong). It was published in 1855 and has a beautifully embossed spine depicting musical instruments and, I assume, a hop vine.
