Cold enough for ya?

Today, I explored yet another stretch of the Whitby waterfront. Actually I was in search of swans, having been told they would be down where the Lynde Shores marsh drains into the lake. So I braved the wind and the cold and made my way down there. But alas, all the birds I saw, including one lone swan, were out in the open water, too far away to get a really good photo. The marsh was frozen over, so perhaps they had no choice? Whatever, now that swans were out of the picture (!), my goal became  taking photos that showed what a cold day it was!
