Danish Dream Cake

I received a newsletter from an ex colleague a few weeks ago, which included a recipe entitle Dutch Dream Cake. I decided to give it a go, despite it being a weird recipe. Having baked it I googled it to find that it’s actually a Danish Dream Cake. A bit too sweet and sickly for me, but Mr L loved it and I’m sure Alf will appreciate a few slices! 

3 sessions of Teams this morning with Colfes School, who should have been visiting us in person today. A school close to my heart as it is where my dad attended. The kids were amazing with super intelligent questions.
