Lack of Water

I notice this little Japanese Anemone popping through the fence.. it was really small and the poor petals were turning up and the back of them were furry. I would say it hasn't had much water and that's way it was like this. Makes a lovely splash of colour, though.

We had a some sunshine first thing but it didn't last. For most of the day it was muggy and really gloomy.  We were to get 29 today but I only thing it reached 25. Still not rain.
