Another fairly quiet day as my back is still very painful. I’ve now got stronger painkillers and different anti inflammatory tablets from the doctor so hopefully things will be better soon. 
We did pop down to Portland Bill late afternoon. The mist hasn’t cleared all day and the breeze was quite strong down there so it was very cold but still lovely to be out for a little while.
