Hello sailor !

Was out for a meal with friends tonight as it was the ladys' birthday. We had a lovely asian meal at the fairly new restaurant in Meldrum.
The shot for today was going to be the huge bottle of wine in a fancy blue bottle that our friends provided to go with our meal, but as i took the photo outside in the dark it didn't quite work.
So instead i took a quick shot of the sailor that stands outside the Meldrum Arms. He looks a bit sorry for himself these days and could use a good clean up. The inside of the hotel has changed since i was last there more than six years ago too, and not for the better in my opinion. ( but i am biased as i worked there for many years when i was a young lass and it was lovely when BB owned it)
We ended our night in another establishment before walking through the square and discussing the three balls that sit there in what has become an absolute nightmare of a road through the middle of the town. ! That will be a future blip for sure .
