Bluetit
In the UK we're all so used to seeing Bluetits that we possibly take them for granted and don't always appreciate just how beautiful they are. Today was a day to appreciate them as Bluetits, Great tits and Robins were all out in force today. If I had the temperament to sit and wait patiently I know there's a Firecrest which has been hanging round the reserve for a few weeks; unfortunately I tend to walk quickly and I don't always see what's under my nose. Others of a more patient bent have posted beautiful photos of the elusive bird - I may get lucky I suppose but in the meantime I'll content myself with our everyday garden birds.
Thank you for visiting, it's very much appreciated.
