Blue Post Box - Thank You NHS

Today's late lunchtime run took me up Whitehouse Loan to Morningside and back via Balcarres Street, Myreside Road and the canal.  I was slightly off the main roads and it was fairly quiet.  I'm not sure if it was quiet because folks were following Chancellor Rishi Sunak's Budget Statement, the First Minister's testimony to the Harassment Committee or the drop in temperature!   I passed this blue post box on Balcarres Street.  Last summer the Royal Mail painted five across the UK blue in tribute to NHS staff working to help those affected by Covid 19.   The post boxes chosen are close to hospitals however the Edinburgh one is close to the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Morningside when it should have been the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary at Little France.  Oops!  Edinburgh will be getting a second blue box apparently!
