It's a long way down

The rootstocks I ordered for grafting my apple trees have arrived, two weeks earlier than I thought they would. I am now completely out of my depth. They arrived in a cardboard tube and I don't even have big enough pots to plant them into. Nor did I look at the prices of big enough pots until this afternoon. Gulp. Whatever made me think I could start a tree nursery?
