Wonderful...

... afternoon with a good friend :) We went to school together for 12 years, enjoyed childhood and our teenager years together :) ...after the fall of the Berlin Wall she and her hubby (also from our village) moved to the western end of Germany for work and now, they are our ‘Mosel Friends’ living right at a huge vineyard at the river Mosel  ;) So, after not having seen each over for quite a while we enjoyed a long walk over the fields to the Birkmühle and as the restaurant there is closed of course, we took sparkling wine and sandwiches and enjoyed it in the sun with a wonderful view :) Lots of chatting about dad, our families, kids, looking at photos... lots of memories, being young again ;) :) A few hours of ‘only friendship’ and nothing else :)
