Wide Wednesday: Looking Up

I managed to get the final coat of paint on the last bits of woodwork in the bedroom this morning, so things are definitely looking up; now all we need is for the plumber to come back and fit a new radiator, the electrician to put in new sockets and switches and the carpet fitters to put in the carpet we ordered!

Onthe subject o looking up, this was the upwards view from outside Chris's block of flats while we waited for him to join us on our walk this afternoon. Plenty of patterns and repetitions for today's challenge.

We hadn't gone 400 yards before the heavens opened and we got soaked as we ploughed on regardless round our regular route. At least it was dry for our pre-breakfast run
