"Elf and Safety"

I've been reminded recently of the importance of my health and how I should never take it for granted but endeavor to look after it!!

Wise words indeed.

So whilst finishing off the "Swift Box" for my good lady wife, I thought I'd "Don" the Safety glasses and the respirator and at least on this occasion give my lungs and eyes a rest from the usual "battering" that they take....

Must do this more often.
