Stumped

I couldn't quite think what to picture today, these came with the shopping this week.. So here they are.. The clue is Half Moon 50 points for a correct answer..
Rang mum 1st thing and after 27 attempts I got her to wish her happy 85th birthday. She's a very popular lady in the village and beyond and had 11 bunches of flowers plus 3 cakes and 30 cards so far.. I bought her a TV this year for her kitchen which she was pleased with and my sister sent her a bouquet of flowers - the 1st ever!
Carol very confused again talking about visiting her mum and dad and getting home soon... Asked her where home is and she continues to say Horspath. She's never lived there but did have relatives living there, many of which have now passed away.
Cloudy and cool this morning and it rained almost all afternoon.
