Over two years ago I bought a brand new house. Having lived for twenty years in a 17th century cottage beforehand this was rather a leap.
As much as I miss my old life there are benefits to the new.
You have two years to submit any snagging and the bumps and lumps in the driveway have irritated N since we moved in so he popped that on the list.
No arguments, no discussion, two lovely guys turned up to do the job. We chalked out the problem areas and lo and behold I returned from work to a brand new driveway. From garage to pavement they pulled up the whole thing and replaced it. Free of charge.
