Short Rib

To be honest, we didn’t get it quite right. Seared on the griddle fine, but then it was in the oven too hot and for not long enough.

Was good though, but we know better for next time.

Had a good Zoom with some Manchester Ska Punks and a Practice Development meeting to prep for tomorrow. And in respect of the latter I’ve done the quiz that asks me where I see myself in 12 months etc time.

Oh, it seems we have a new regime at work.
