I suppose in the end it had to take its toll on people. It must be adding an extra layer on the loneliness that was the lives of some people. I am very conscious of the missed bit of communication that was part of our everyday life. Where we would stop for a few minutes to talk to our friends, now it is just a wave or a nod.
