A tender moment

The boys were so active today and immediately headed for Doug when they saw him this morning.  Max was looking at him lovingly and making little singing sounds, and Sam just climbed right onto to him.  This was a lovely moment I caught of the boys looking out the window with Doug's help.  I love them all so much.

Today would have been my mother's 104th birthday. The picture in the extras is of her with my favorite cousin.  My mother always said that she and S were soul mates.  They got along so well, and S came out here to help me when my mom was dying.
