Any puddle will do

When the lake is still frozen but you find that little bit of open water anything will do. This Canada goose took full advantage of the little bit of open water to stand in the afternoon sun. Spring bird watch still nothing but another round of cold air moves in tonight. Hopefully by next week the birds will begin to arrive.
